We provide service design advice to Welsh industry through a structured programme of activity. This ranges from regular seminars and keynote speaker events, to half-day Service Essentials workshops.
As the programme is based within Cardiff Metropolitan University we are also able to facilitate long-term collaborative R&D projects and Knowledge Transfer Partnership’s (KTP’s) with companies.
Typically a companies engaging with the programme complete the following process:
We have been tasked by the Welsh Government to help businesses use service design to increase competitiveness, revenue and customer retention. We advise industry on the tools, methods and activity that will support them to achieve these goals. If a business wishes to build their knowledge and capability in service design further we can support them to commission specific expertise through our SD4D programme.
